Concept
This project started by thinking of UI interaction on products. Today a lot of products are operated in a very digitalized way creating a smooth integrated appearance but with the risk of losing tactility and a quick visual feedback on status.
I wanted to challange this in HOW MIGHT WE … make a more tactile, fun and intuitive way to operate a speaker. I got inspired by a DJ turntables and a piece of folded paper to make a distinct silhouette with easy movable nubs.
